The listeners of DrWart Hoover’s The Blues Hour at SevernFM have voted Blue Stone in 3rd place under category “Song of the year”! The Docs Blues Awards results were revealed at The Blues Hour late Monday night on January 8th, at SevernFM (www.severnfm.com).
Blue Stone crew wishes to thank DrWart Hoover for picking Get yourself a haircut into top-20 pick list from the hundreds of songs played in the show in 2017. “We hope to see you soon in our gig – in your neighborhood!” says Jukka Oravainen, the singer-songwriter of the song.
The celebration of this honor will be continued at Ylläs Jazz & Blues festival in Finnish Lapland, January 25.-28.1. where Blue Stone will be performing for their 10th consecutive time!
